About The Position

The Inventory Counter/Forklift Driver is responsible for supporting accurate warehouse inventory, product replenishment, and safe movement of product throughout the facility. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, supports daily warehouse operations, and communicates inventory concerns or inconsistencies to the appropriate team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or forklift experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when counting or recording inventory
• Basic computer skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong basic math skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to operate a forklift and manual or powered pallet jack
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to communicate with coworkers and supervisors and to safely operate equipment

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete daily inventory counts and helps maintain accurate inventory records
• Identify and communicate shortages, overages, damage, or inventory inconsistencies to the Inventory Clerk or appropriate leader
• Dispose of obsolete or damaged inventory as directed
• Track incoming and outgoing product as needed
• Replenish dunnage to assist Production
• Load, unload, move, and stage product using a forklift, pallet jack, or other approved equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Operate equipment safely and according to company training and procedures
• Adapt to changing priorities and complete other essential duties as assigned
