About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of warehouse inventory through regular cycle counts and an annual full warehouse inventory. The Inventory Cycle Counter will investigate discrepancies, support product recall processes, and ensure proper stock rotation and put-away procedures are followed. Additionally, the position involves supporting product loss and damage programs, performing quality checks, and upholding housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of general work experience
• Minimum of 18 Years of age

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts
• Perform full warehouse inventory annually
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of physical counts
• Research discrepancies
• Support the product recall process
• Support product loss and damage programs
• Investigate discrepancies
• Participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged products
• Perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items
• Ensure proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation
• Ensure accurate reserve pallet counts
• Verify the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards
