We are seeking an Inventory / Duty Free Coordinator to support our management team in managing day-to-day operational activities within the food logistics area. This role involves overseeing accurate inventory records, coordinating stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment to align with production requirements. The Inventory Clerk will collaborate with logistics and production teams to track inventory movements, reconcile discrepancies, and implement effective storage solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in inventory, shipping / receiving, materials handling, procurement, or administrative duties
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Relevant Experience: administrative, ordering/purchasing, invoicing, shipping/receiving, inventory, attention to detail, computer skills, good organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ordering, counting, receiving and maintaining inventory
  • Works with different airline systems and programs
  • Responsible for conducting monthly inventory (full inventory), with different deadlines
  • Works closely with internal departments to support maximum opportunities by analyzing discrepancies for inventory usage
  • Interaction with all levels of management
  • Responsible for creating reports and updating databases as needed
  • Provide support to the account manager and supervisor with airline inventory
  • Verify vendor invoices and generate reports
  • Entering all goods received, and maintaining reconciliation of goods received and reports
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
