As an Inventory Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring materials flow efficiently through our facility. Your work directly supports production by maintaining accurate inventory, organizing incoming materials, and resolving discrepancies. Your attention to detail and proactive approach help keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems (Winman preferred)
  • 2+ years of inventory management or materials handling experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Additional vocational or trade school training is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage receiving, inspection, and put-away of incoming materials
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of receiving and grocery areas using 5S standards
  • Coordinate paint cart staging, including hanging carts and facilitating delivery to the paint line
  • Monitor and reorder PX inventory, addressing shortages and deficiencies
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and escalate issues to leadership as needed
  • Perform cycle counts on a regular cadence to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Oversee receiving and staging of customer test products
  • Partner with Purchasing and Materials leadership to address aged or excess inventory
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within materials and inventory processes
