About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating and performing daily cycle counts, understanding the process for the supply, storage, and accessibility of inventory items, and performing other work-related tasks as assigned by the manager. The position also involves 5S and housekeeping tasks, complying with company and HSE policies, conducting receiving, sorting, and distribution of inventory components, and loading/unloading trucks. A key aspect is verifying that all incoming and outgoing material conforms to quality procedures, maintaining inventory accuracy, and properly filling out paperwork. The Inventory Coordinator will also respond to email inquiries and ensure inventory is processed accurately and in a timely manner, including stock pulls, issuing goods, and shipping material.

Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Will be required to be on an on call schedule set by manager.
  • Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.
  • Learn to operate various types of fork lift devices and cranes.
  • Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Must be familiar with MS office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willing to learn our company systems JDE, TAT.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
  • 1+ Years working in a Warehouse/shop related environment preferred.
  • 1+ Years shipping and receiving experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Properly fill out paperwork for internal and external customers.
  • Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assure that inventory is processed accurately and in a timely manner including but not limited to stock pull, issuing goods, and shipping material.
