About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator at Hyper Solutions plays a key role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material movement, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring inventory transactions are accurately tracked within the ERP system. Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Warehouse teams, the Inventory Coordinator helps ensure materials are available when needed, inventory remains accurate, and warehouse operations run efficiently. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining organized, accurate inventory systems.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of inventory control or warehouse coordination experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial manufacturing environments
  • Experience supporting warehouse inventory audits and cycle count programs
  • Familiarity with material handling best practices and warehouse operations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts, reconciliations, and ERP transactions
  • Monitor material movement between warehouse, production, and assembly areas to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Support shipping and receiving activities including material staging, labeling, and documentation
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Production Planning, and Engineering to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure material availability
  • Prepare and maintain shipping and inventory documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and receiving reports
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure physical inventory aligns with system records
  • Support quarterly and annual physical inventory counts
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment consistent with 5S and company safety standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and material flow
  • Assist with warehouse organization and inventory optimization projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Support other warehouse and supply chain activities as business needs require
