About The Position

Pitney Bowes is hiring for a Direct Hire Full Time Inventory Coordinator 1 in our DFW Facility. This role is on the 1st shift and offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate stock records, ordering and receiving shipments, and coordinating the shipment of supplies to clients. This role also involves working closely with the Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, coordinating inventory transfers between company sites, and assisting drivers with loading and unloading supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• The ability to be dependable and reliable.

• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodation.
• A basic enough understanding of English to be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English, irrespective of your native language.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the pre-sort mailing business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Order and receive incoming shipments.
• Coordinate the shipment of supplies to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between company sites to support operational needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading supplies and equipment, ensuring shipments are handled safely and accurately.
