About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for staging, organizing, and processing purchase orders in the Teardown area. This role involves organizing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and cataloging electronic hardware, including servers, workstations, network equipment, computers, and spare parts. A key responsibility is to effectively erase previous customer data from storage devices and products, ensuring devices are reset to original factory specifications. The Inventory Coordinator will provide status updates on purchase orders, ensure their expeditious completion, meet project deadlines, and create various reports. They will also adhere to ESD, quality, safety, environmental, and recycling requirements, and assist the Operations team and other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience assembling, testing, troubleshooting and repairing IT hardware (specifically Dell, HP, and/or Cisco).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Certified Network Administration (CNA)
  • Cisco Certified Network Administration (CCNA)
  • A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Certified System Administration (MCSA)
  • Microsoft Technical Administration (MTA)
  • Server+ Certification
  • Network+ Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated initiative and research of new technologies.
  • Microsoft Access Database experience a plus.
  • Experience in SAP or SAP ByDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Stage, organize, and process purchase orders in the Teardown area.
  • Organize, test, troubleshoot, repair, and catalogue electronic hardware, including but not limited to servers, workstations, network equipment, computers and spare parts.
  • Effectively erase previous customer data from storage devices and products, including resetting devices to original factory specifications on all inbound products.
  • Provide updates to the status of purchase orders in process, and ensure the expeditious completion of all purchase orders.
  • Meet all project deadlines and create various reports as needed, providing frequent status updates to the Operations supervisor and manager.
  • Adhere to and maintain ESD requirements in all required work areas.
  • Adhere to and maintain all quality, safety, environmental & recycling processes and policies.
  • Assist Operations team and other departments as needed.
