About The Position

This role is responsible for managing non-stock inventory, which involves specialized ordering, decrementing, and returning processes. The Inventory Coordinator will engage with end-users such as nurses and nurse managers to address inventory concerns and ensure vendor adherence to established practices, including inventory reviews, payment practices, and contract compliance. A key aspect of this role is collaborating with relevant parties to ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right location.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Saturday and Sunday | second shift

Responsibilities

Manage non-stock inventory, requiring specialized ordering, decrementing and returning.
Engage with nurses, nurse managers and other end users to discuss inventory concerns.
Manage vendor adherence to established practices, including regularly-scheduled inventory review, payment practices and contract adherence.
Work with appropriate parties to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
