About The Position
This role involves a variety of tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The specialist will be responsible for the physical movement and tracking of equipment and packages, assisting with the deployment and handling of client equipment, and providing light IT support. The position requires experience in a mid-sized to large-scale environment and proficiency with relevant software. Requirements
- Experience with shipping and receiving in a mid-sized to large-scale environment
- Proficiency with shipment tracking software and standard business applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with team members
Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving activities
- Inventory management
- Packing and unpacking equipment and boxes
- Tracking shipments and following up on deliveries
- Assisting with onboarding and deployment of equipment
- Handling client equipment
- Managing domestic and international shipping requests (with supervision)
- Providing light IT support as needed
