About The Position

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department. This position requires providing exceptional customer service to internal team members and external customers. The Inventory Coordinator must be able to multi-task, prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently with a high level of detail. Daily administrative functions include answering phone calls, organizing file systems, responding to department and customer requests, photocopying, handling mail, and ordering supplies. The role also involves completing various reports for management as needed and establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external customers. Additionally, the Inventory Coordinator will prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
  • Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work outside of a typical work schedule

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members and external customers.
  • Complete day-to-day administrative functions such as answering phone calls, organizing file systems, responding to department as well as internal and external requests, photocopying, handling mail, ordering supplies.
  • Complete various reports management as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external customers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Promote a safe and productive workplace through own actions, including proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment, and safe lifting techniques.
  • Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
