Requirements

Proficient communication (written and verbal), listening, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, strong planning, and organization skills.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Experience in inventory control or a related role is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must have the appropriate respect for Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire, Security and Military service members.
Cannot hire felons.

Responsibilities

Regularly monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
Conduct routine cycle counts and implement adjustments as necessary to maintain data integrity.
Daily picking location replenishments.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate the timely and accurate receipt of incoming goods.
Process purchase orders, ensuring alignment with inventory requirements.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
Ensure compliance with documentation standards and company policies.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
Generate regular reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and aging stock for management review.
Conduct regular reconciliations between physical inventory and system records.
Participate in periodic audits to verify the accuracy of inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.
Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, finance, and sales, to optimize inventory processes.
Address any inventory-related issues or concerns promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall inventory control.
