About The Position
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts and data tracking. This role involves scanning and verifying a high volume of inventory, updating records in Excel, and ensuring all discrepancies are identified and communicated promptly. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in varying temperature environments while adhering to all company safety standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (hot and cold environments)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts, scanning approximately 600–700 rolls (about 12% of total inventory)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel
- Ensure all inventory data is updated and properly documented
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies or issues
