About The Position

Hubble Network was founded with the intention of delivering on the promise of what Internet-of-Things (IoT) was supposed to be. We're building a global Bluetooth® network dedicated to machine-to-machine connectivity. We differentiate ourselves as the first modem-less and gateway-less, direct-to-satellite network from off-the-shelf Bluetooth® Low Energy chips. Hubble is ideal for applications in logistics, AgTech, and maritime where economies of scale for volume consumer and enterprise asset tracking is a priority. Our goal is to be the first billion-endpoint-connected network in the world. Hubble is an early-stage, venture-backed startup supported by some of the best investors in the world. In their previous lives, the founding team has been successful in raising $100s of millions in venture funding, developing the Amazon Sidewalk network, launching billions of dollars of space assets, and leading their teams to successful exits, both through acquisition and IPO. We are now looking to bring on talented team members who are the best at what they do to help us make Hubble a reality for the world. We’re looking for an Inventory Control Technician to help lead execution across Hubble’s hardware teams — including our satellite constellation. This role is about owning the “why” and the “what” of what we build, driving clarity and momentum across engineering, design, and customer teams. You’ll work closely with leaders across RF hardware, mechanical engineering and R&D to translate schedule goals into clear deliverables. This is a hands-on role for a builder — someone who can move between technical detail, customer insight, and company strategy without losing momentum.

Requirements

2-3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials handling
Comfortable reading engineering drawings, BOMs, or part documentation to verify materials against spec
Working knowledge of cycle counting, lot/serial traceability, and inventory accuracy practices
Ability to lift/move 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Forklift or powered industrial truck certification (or ability to obtain one), if material handling equipment is used

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) and Supply Chain Management systems (ERP)
Experience identifying or supporting cost-saving opportunities in inventory or materials handling processes
Understanding of how program schedules, build pace, and inventory depletion rates inform material replenishment needs
Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems, components and hardware.

Responsibilities

Receiving, storing, and dispatching raw materials, components, parts, and hardware to facilitate manufacturing operations.
Creating proper identification of part numbers and storage locations.
Enforcing strict material handling protocols in accordance with established procedures.
Performing pick-and-assemble operations to create component kits, ensuring all parts are available, correctly identified, and properly accounted for within the kit.
Verifying materials against spec by reading engineering drawings, BOMs, or part documentation.
Performing cycle counting, lot/serial traceability, and inventory accuracy practices.
Adhering to strict handling of space grade electronics, composites and machined parts.
