About The Position

This position is responsible for all inventory functions, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and physical inventory, with oversight for both raw materials and finished goods. Key responsibilities include KPI analysis, warehouse process improvement, customer interaction through meetings, and ensuring documentation accuracy per company policies. The role involves organizing, planning, and supervising the workload of direct report employees.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 - 5 years prior experience performing cycle and audit counts.

  • Must have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
  • Must have the ability to lead and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team to ensure accuracy throughout all functions of the warehouse, including inbound pallets, outbound pallets and production locations.
  • Leads the Receiving Clerks and Warehouse Associates to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze inbound receipts to ensure product receipts match Bill of Ladings and system POs.
  • Ensure operation meets stated goals for location and pallet cycle counting.
  • Prepare reports based on completed cycle counts to show operation performance and investigate discrepancies.
  • Use data collected during pallet auditing to better identify pallets and pickers that need to be checked.
  • Help Warehouse Operations Manager plan and execute yearly inventory and research any count discrepancies.
  • Review performance with Receiving Clerks and Warehouse Associates to improve performance.
  • Maintain a clean workspace.
  • Provide customer service and answer customer inquiries.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
