About The Position

The Inventory Control Supervisor II is responsible for leading and overseeing all inventory control functions within the warehouse operation. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and proper management of inventory across all processes, including receiving, storage, replenishment, and shipping. This position leads the inventory control team while supporting cross-functional warehouse operations.

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
Bachelor's degree
High School diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Minimum three (3) years warehouse experience
Minimum two (2) years supervisory/lead experience

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Inventory Control team to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability
Oversee cycle counting programs, physical inventories, and audit processes
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
Ensure FIFO, lot control, and proper inventory handling practices
Partner with operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy across workflows
Establish, review, monitor, and enforce as applicable all operational SOPs
Monitor WMS accuracy including transactions and location control
Recruit, train, coach, supervise and evaluate inventory control staff
Assist with adherence / development of monthly, quarterly and annual inventory expense.
Communicate inventory performance metrics and corrective actions
Serve as the liaison between internal & external customers (Purchasing, Sales, Delivery, Suppliers etc.)
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies
