About The Position

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc., a global leader in chemical solutions for the semiconductor industry, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for its Pueblo, CO facility. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting inventory control activities for both finished goods and raw materials. The specialist will utilize SAP and other inventory management tools to process transactions, conduct cycle counts, manage inventory locations, and resolve discrepancies. Additionally, the position involves supporting warehouse operations through safe loading/unloading of trucks and material transport using forklifts and other equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 to 5 years of previous inventory experience required.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, good general office and organizational skills required.
  • Critical thinking with good computer skills including Excel and Word required.
  • Must be able to lift/push up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, order picker, pallet jacks).
  • Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the SAP ERP system.
  • Safely load and unload trucks and transport materials using forklifts and other appropriate material-handling equipment.
  • Accurately enter inventory data and complete all related transactions in a timely manner, ensuring records are current and reflect actual inventory levels.
  • Perform cycle counts in raw material warehouses, manufacturing areas, and finished goods locations, and reconcile any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other departments to research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including accounts payable variances and other ad hoc issues.
  • Track returnable containers and assist in loop reconciliation when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, warehouse procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
