About The Position
The Inventory Control Specialist will lead the development and execution of inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels. This role involves overseeing daily inventory operations, ensuring compliance across multiple locations, and analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. The specialist will coordinate with supply chain teams, resolve inventory issues, develop training programs, manage vendor relationships, lead audits, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and support inventory projects and system upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, with leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in inventory control systems and best practices.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis and inventory optimization techniques.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Responsibilities
