About The Position

As a Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and material traceability within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Working closely with Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams, you will help ensure materials are received, controlled, and available when needed to support operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical cGMP, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, material traceability, reconciliation processes, and warehouse operations.
  • Understanding of cGMP, GDP, data integrity, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate warehouse equipment and a box truck when required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using SAP or a similar inventory management or ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and execute inventory transactions within SAP to ensure material traceability and compliance.
  • Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage material disposition activities, including expired, obsolete, hazardous, and destroyed materials.
  • Support material transfers, inventory reconciliations, monthly reporting, invoicing activities, and documentation management.
  • Ensure proper labeling, segregation, storage, and handling of materials in accordance with GMP, GDP, and safety requirements.
  • Support internal, client, and regulatory audits while maintaining audit-ready documentation and inventory controls.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
