Inventory Control Specialist
About The Position
Join Certco, Inc. as an Inventory Control Specialist! This role is located at our Madison, WI – Daniels Street Location. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our warehouse operations with a high level of independence. You’ll manage perpetual inventory, complete cycle counts, monitor product dating, perform recall checks, and process customer returns—all while working at your own pace to meet daily goals. This is a role where you can stay focused, work independently, and even listen to music or podcasts while you work, making the day truly your own. You’ll also utilize state-of-the-art Cubiscan technology to process new product entries, helping maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency across our distribution network. Requirements
- Excellent math skills
- Knowledge of warehouse Inventory Control duties
- Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word and Excel
- Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Manage perpetual inventory
- Complete cycle counts

- Count Pick Slots
- Account for product and dates on product, daily
- Identify Recalls and inform appropriate personnel
- Responds to Buyer’s inquiries about product
- Handle any returned items
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Management
