Requirements

3-5 years’ inventory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, inventory software, scanners and ERP systems.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license; insurable

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse/shipping/receiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records by receiving stocking, cataloging, and tracking products throughout their lifecycle.
Perform timely and accurate data entry within warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and inventory tracking spreadsheets.
Ensure inventory transactions, adjustments, and movements are properly documented and reconciled.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering and replenishment of production materials and supplies to support operational needs.
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of inventory to ensure compliance with company standards.
Remove, document, and report damaged, obsolete, or non-conforming inventory as appropriate.
Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify inventory accuracy and maintain data integrity.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory control processes.
Prepare and distribute inventory reports, including end-of-year (EOY) inventory summaries, for leadership and key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and provide reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
Investigate inventory variances, stock mismatches, and transactional errors.
Document findings and communicate inventory irregularities, trends, and recommended corrective actions to management.
Partner with departments including Art, Sales, Account Management, Purchasing, and Production to ensure inventory availability and identify supply solutions that support production schedules and customer needs.
Communicate inventory status, material constraints, and replenishment timelines to stakeholders as needed.
Obtain pricing, lead times, and product information from vendors to support purchasing decisions and cost comparisons.
Research, evaluate, and test new products and materials to ensure specifications, quality standards, and business requirements are met.
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and product alternatives to support operational efficiency.
