Requirements
- Walking a few miles a day, bending down, reaching overhead and lifting/carrying boxes.
- Using a smartphone, computer, or operating a handheld scanner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and like to solve puzzles.
- Reliable and enthusiastic team player who is always eager to help out when needed.
- Pride in accuracy and speed to get the job done right.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment!
- Experience operating a forklift and willing to be certified on an order picker.
- Great communication skills & proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
- Assist in root cause analysis for inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support inventory-related reporting and metrics for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
- Operate RF scanners and other inventory tracking tools.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and year-end audits.
