About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining inventory programs, including cycle counts and physical inventories. The specialist will manage product identification and location systems, research and reconcile inventory discrepancies, and conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and various audits. The position also involves tracking and reporting non-conforming products, resolving inventory issues promptly, and documenting damaged goods. Attention to detail is crucial for this role. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalency required.
• Ability to use forklift, pallets jacks, and reach truck, with proper training.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., drug screen and background check)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Adhere to strict appearance and uniform guidelines
• Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to remain on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Forklift operation requires the ability to hear warehouse activity.
• Must be able to read at a distance, close to the eyes, and at arm’s length with or without correction.
• Forklift operation requires distance vision.
• Correctly identify andড lot and serial numbers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a cGMP compliant environment is a plus.
• Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation is a plus.
• Experience utilizing RF Guns/Scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
• Maintain product identification and location programs.
• Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
• Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming products.
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
• Document damaged products.
