About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Operations team as a Grip Ship Quality Assurance/Inventory Control Supervisor. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and producers.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
Previous experience with HVAC and OSHA.
SQF certification is a plus.
RETA certification is a plus.
Ability to have basic computer skills.
Ability to climb ladders and work in confined areas.
Ability to make timely decisions based on sound judgement.
Ability to have organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to have strong leadership skills with ability to foster positive team atmosphere.
Ability to work in all types of temperatures inside and outside from ambient to -20 degrees.
Ability to operate scissor lift, electric forklifts, pallet jacks, platform trucks, and scrubbers.
Ability to have attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to communicate and coordinate with other employees.
Working knowledge of DC powered forklifts, and pallet jacks.
Working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Inventory Control.

Responsibilities

Building Security.
Create purchase orders.
Coordination of Quality Assurance activities within Grip Ship.
Oversee Grip Ship inventory management and process improvements.
Champion Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures.
Coordination of Grip Ship inventory management including cycle counting.
Quality assurance of inbound and outbound Grip Ship inventory management and process improvements.
