About The Position

The Inventory Lead is responsible for documenting inventory by recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, losses, and removal of items. This role involves leading, communicating, coaching, and motivating individuals and the shift team to meet and/or exceed day-to-day quality, efficiency, and organizational objectives. The Inventory Lead will also assist the supervisor in the execution of facility operations to meet production goals within their department and prepare basic inventory reports by collecting and analyzing information on stock usage. Maintaining inventory operations by following policies and procedures and reporting changes as needed is also a key part of this role.

Requirements

2+ years of experience and professional achievements.
Basic level of education, reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.
Excellent organizational, communication and grammatical skills with very strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Nice To Haves

Familiarization with SAP system.
