About The Position

The Inventory Control Driver is supporting inventory accuracy, process compliance, and daily execution of inventory control activities within a multi-brand distribution center. This role helps coordinate cycle counts, research inventory discrepancies, monitor transaction accuracy, and support operational teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of product across all assigned brands. The Inventory Control Driver also provides day-to-day guidance to team members, promoting standard work, and partnering with operations, quality, and systems teams to maintain inventory integrity and service performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or yard environment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience with WMS or RF scanning systems

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes of variances.
Process inventory adjustments in the warehouse management system (WMS) as required.
Monitor inventory locations and verify proper product storage and slotting.
Research and resolve issues related to receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Conduct quality and location audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Generate and review inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with operations leadership to correct inventory-related process issues.
Assist with annual physical inventories and inventory reconciliation activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of inventory activities.
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
