About The Position

The Inventory Control Cycle Counter performs daily and scheduled inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records within a distribution center. This role supports inventory accuracy and internal controls, and helps ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements. The position also involves performing slot checks, following standard procedures, and completing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate RF equipment, powered industrial trucks (PIT), and other warehouse tools, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments (32°F–95°F).
• Ability to work at heights.
• Frequent bending and kneeling.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts across assigned zones and locations within the distribution center.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory records by following standard procedures.
• Perform slot checks.
• Complete other job duties as assigned.
