About The Position

The Inventory Control Cycle Counter is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of physical inventory counts through daily and weekly cycle counts, and an annual full warehouse inventory. This role involves researching discrepancies, supporting product recall processes, and investigating product loss and damage. The position also ensures proper inventory rotation (FIFO), accurate reserve pallet counts, and verifies put-away and transfer processes while upholding housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards. Additionally, the role coordinates will call orders and collaborates with other departments to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
• 0 to 2 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts
• Perform full warehouse inventory annually
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of physical counts
• Research discrepancies
• Support the product recall process
• Support product loss and damage programs
• Investigate discrepancies
• Participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged products
• Perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items
• Ensure proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation
• Ensure accurate reserve pallet counts
• Verify the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards
• Coordinate will call orders
• Collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency
• Other duties as assigned
