About The Position
We're looking for a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our Warehouse & MP&L team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with inventory, and making an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAGE is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team player with a strong safety mindset
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Compare physical inventory against the SAGE system and investigate discrepancies
- Process inventory adjustments, material reports, and transfers
- Research inventory variances and assist with root cause analysis
- Help implement corrective actions to prevent recurring inventory issues
- Support Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service with inventory inquiries
- Locate materials and maintain accurate dimensions and weights in the system
- Safely operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
