About The Position

This position is located at the main campus. Travel to regional sites may be required. This position is responsible for managing medical supply levels for Seattle Children's to optimize service, quality, and cost across the hospital supply chain. This role collaborates with distribution, sourcing, and clinical teams to ensure service level compliance while balancing cost and physical constraints in a fast-paced and high-velocity distribution system. The Inventory Control Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing product conversions, cycle counts/par level adjustments, ERP system unit profile setup/maintenance, and end-user change requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years of experience in hospital supply chain and/or materials management role

Nice To Haves

• Health care experience a plus
• 5 years of experience in hospital supply chain and/or materials management role
• 3 years of Experience in an Inventory Management role
• 3 years of experience working with ERP/MMIS inventory planning systems
