Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties.
- Ability to work under pressure and within schedules to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to work without supervision.
Nice To Haves
- SAP experience.
- 3+ Year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in performing cycle counts or inventory tracking.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and correct inventory discrepancies through use of the ERP system, cycle counting, and collaboration with the warehouse, production and maintenance teams.
- Monitor and production transactions for accuracy, working with production and warehouse teams to correct errors when necessary.
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting on production and inventory metrics
- Enter and maintain maintenance work orders in the ERP system, working with the maintenance team to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in preparation for, and execution of the site’s annual physical inventory
- Back up the production scheduler when needed
