Requirements
- 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or data-related experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems
- Background in medical device or healthcare industry
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Research missing, delayed, or disputed inventory
- Reconcile inventory reports and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and asset recovery
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain system integrity
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory and audit reports
- Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
- Support inventory requests, fulfillment, and special orders
- Follow all company procedures and compliance standards
