About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to support inventory accuracy and daily inventory control operations within the facility. This role is responsible for completing cycle count activities, researching discrepancies, and ensuring accurate system updates to maintain inventory integrity. The position is for the 1st Shift, working Friday through Sunday from 6 am to 6:30 pm, with a pay rate of $19.40 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred

Nice To Haves

• Stand-up Dock Stocker experience
• Reach Truck experience
• Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack
• A minimum of 6 month’s experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports inventory accuracy and daily inventory control operations within the facility.
• Completes cycle count activities.
• Researches discrepancies.
• Ensures accurate system updates to maintain inventory integrity.
• Verifies all inbound and outbound orders to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensures that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
• Maintains inventory records.
• Performs daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinates physical inventory procedures and adjusts system as necessary.
• Follows procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Performs routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
