About The Position

The Inventory Control Clerk maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • At least one year of related experience
  • Must be PC literate and familiar with basic computer applications within a Microsoft Windows/Office environment.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments
  • Must be able to manage work to deadlines
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Proceudres and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels
  • Perform physical count of inventory and adjust the system as necessary
  • Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports
  • Maintain and update inventory database
  • Ensure daily scheduled cycle counts are completed
  • Re-stock items as necessary
  • Organize stockroom to keep uniformity
  • Assist in researching exceptions as requested
  • Maintain confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnel
  • Support projects as requested by management
  • Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
