About The Position

We are hiring an Inventory Control Associates (Freezer Department ) to join our warehouse team in Minooka, IL. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, performing cycle counts, researching inventory discrepancies, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution center with varying temperatures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP (Gold Stock) or a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Support warehouse operations by maintaining inventory integrity.
• Investigate purchase order (PO) discrepancies and perform inventory research.
• Process EPJ and OP transactions.
• Conduct spot checks for product code dates.
• Maintain transfer order documentation and inventory records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
