Requirements

Experience using Oracle to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products.
Ability to effectively communicate problems at all levels
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
Ability to earn and maintain forklift certification.
HS Graduate or Equivalent required
Prior experience working in Manufacturing/Production environment

Previous forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

Counts material, property, equipment, merchandise or supplies and posts totals to inventory/property records.
Verifies record computations against physical count of inventory and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise or supplies and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
Prepares reports such as inventory balance, price lists and shortages.
Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
May operate various office machines.
May stock and issue materials or merchandise.
Initiates inventory adjustments as needed.
Communicates with inventory supervisors regarding discrepancies.
Maintains cycle count program compliance.
