About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk for their 2nd shift operations. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders and ensuring that all inventory entries and adjustments are accurately reflected in the warehouse management system. The position involves utilizing multiple computer systems, guiding supervisors and leads, sitting at a desk for extended periods, scheduling carriers, and evaluating shift progress using system reports and audit sheets. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as RF Scanner.
• Warehouse or logistics experience working with multiple computer systems.
• Experience in inventory, picking or stocking.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Great communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and stack material as needed.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 6 months Forklift experience of Electric Pallet Jack or Forklift.
• RF Scanning experience.
• Inventory experience.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
• Utilize multiple computer systems such Blue Yonder, SAP.
• Guide Supervisors and Leads with drive production.
• Schedule inbound and outbound carriers.
• Utilize system reports and audit sheets to evaluate shift progress.
