The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accepting all supplies delivered to the department. Ensures that deliveries arrive at correct receiving temperatures and quality standards are met. Places accurate orders for food and supplies in a timely manner based upon menu needs and stock levels. The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for scheduling the delivery of items from Vendors in a timely manner. Maintains stock levels of supplies at set inventory and par levels. Coordinates and distributes supplies to other departments upon request and for special functions/events.
