Requirements

  • Ability to follow procedures exactly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (ERP).
  • Clear, professional, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain forklift and order picker certification upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or inventory control experience in a distribution, manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating in a high-volume, high output environment.
  • Prior certification to operate forklifts and order pickers preferred.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts, location audits, and inventory validations per standard work.
  • Execute ERP transactions accurately using handheld devices and computers.
  • Identify basic discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure system and physical alignment.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform equipment and work area safety checks and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
