About The Position

Performs daily and on-demand cycle counts and accurately records inventory results using the company’s inventory management system. Assists with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and maintains orderly, accurate stock locations within the warehouse. Works under the direction of inventory leadership.

Requirements

• Competency with mathematics and critical thinking
• Physical ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours in a workday
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl repeatedly
• Organizational and communication skills
• 1 year experience with RF scanner

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience doing cycle counts
• 1 year experience driving sitdown forklift
• 1 year experience in Inventory or Warehouse setting
• Hazardous materials training
• English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Support inventory accuracy by executing assigned inventory counts and maintaining organized, accurate stock locations.
• Deliver timely reporting of inventory discrepancies, variances, or irregularities to inventory leadership for review and resolution.
• Adhere to established inventory control procedures, system processes, and operational standards.
• Maintain the physical condition and organization of inventory locations to reduce damage, misplacement, and counting errors.
• Support the daily warehouse operations by ensuring inventory records and physical stock remain aligned.
