About The Position
The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for completing weekly cycle counts, hosting vendor audits, and assisting with other inventory-related tasks to ensure and report warehouse stock accuracy to the Manager. The position is based in Wichita, Kansas, and is a full-time, first-shift role scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Count, post, and report all weekly cycle counts.
- Escort vendors during audits, counting and reporting required SKUs.
- Return stock from amnesty bins.
- Move projects.
- Process credits.
- Perform cleaning activities in the work area.
- Maintain and ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete other duties or tasks as assigned.
