About The Position

Apache Mills, Inc., a worldwide leader in floor mat manufacturing, is seeking qualified candidates for the Inventory Control Cycle Counter position to join our Inventory Control Team. This role involves physically counting finished goods and component mats and adjusting the system inventory to reflect the actual physical inventory. The position is scheduled for Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm, with overtime required as needed. There are immediate advancement opportunities for high performers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalency
Basic Math and computer skills
Familiarity of all components, and finished goods
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to drive a forklift
Ability to drive a scissor lift
Ability to use a handheld scanner

Responsibilities

Regular physical cycle counts of finished goods and selected components
Additional cycle counts of other material as needed
Adjust system inventory based on cycle count findings
Perform any other inventory related activity as assigned
Work safely in a fast-paced production environment
Meet or exceed company quality standards
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Comply with company processes and procedures
Follow verbal and written instructions
Stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
Perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
Ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises
Successfully complete drug and background screenings
