About The Position
The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for completing weekly cycle counts, hosting vendor audits, and assisting with other inventory-related tasks to help ensure warehouse stock accuracy and report results to the Manager. The role is based at DSV’s Wichita, Kansas location in the Solutions division and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Count, post, and report weekly cycle counts.
- Escort vendors during audits and count and report required SKUs.
- Return stock from amnesty bins.
- Move projects.
- Process credits.
- Perform cleaning activities in the work area.
- Maintain and ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete other duties or tasks as assigned.
