Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Strong understanding of Microsoft suite
- Strong knowledge of accounting programs (NetSuite and or Coupa preferably)
- Collaborative skills
- Dependable
- Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Able to operate forklift or willing to be certified
Nice To Haves
- Previous work with inventory is preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the storage, organization, and distribution of inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Track inventory movements, perform regular inventory counts and audits, investigate and resolve any discrepancies or losses.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory changes, serial numbers, and related documentation, ensuring everything is tracked in the right month.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory processes, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Works closely with purchasing team and manufacturing to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Create pick sheets and pull systems orders and parts for releases.
- Manage BOM’s (Bill of Materials).
- Assemble parts and kits as needed with the help of production.
- All other duties as assigned.
