Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft suite
  • Strong knowledge of accounting programs (NetSuite and or Coupa preferably)
  • Collaborative skills
  • Dependable
  • Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Able to operate forklift or willing to be certified

  • Previous work with inventory is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the storage, organization, and distribution of inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Track inventory movements, perform regular inventory counts and audits, investigate and resolve any discrepancies or losses.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory changes, serial numbers, and related documentation, ensuring everything is tracked in the right month.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory processes, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Works closely with purchasing team and manufacturing to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Create pick sheets and pull systems orders and parts for releases.
  • Manage BOM’s (Bill of Materials).
  • Assemble parts and kits as needed with the help of production.
  • All other duties as assigned.
