About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory by validating and maintaining all inventory data and bookkeeping records. The Inventory Control Analyst will coordinate cycle counts and other physical inventory processes. This position requires understanding, reviewing, and communicating inventory concerns to various management positions including Production Management, Manufacturing Production Planning, Manufacturing/Supply Purchasing, and the Assistant Controller. Daily interaction with production and warehouse associates is expected, along with investigating potential areas of concern and reviewing daily production schedules. The analyst will ensure documented best practices are adhered to, accept additional responsibilities as determined by the assistant controller, and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other analytical discipline
• 3 years of experience with SAP software
• Knowledge of accounting and operational processes within a Manufacturing environment
• Experience with inventory record keeping
