About The Position

The Inventory Control Analyst uses inventory data to identify trends, investigate challenges, and recommend improvements across Uline’s North American operations. The role supports 15 locations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, each stocking more than 45,000 products for same-day shipping, and collaborates with teams across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis to anticipate potential inventory discrepancies and identify solutions.
• Translate data and metrics into actionable insights through clear, concise reports and present strategic findings to leadership.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and ensure efficient operations.
