About The Position

The Inventory Control position works as a supporting role to Day/Night Warehouse, Admin, Delivery, and Sales. They track and monitor all dates and layers so as to keep product in proper rotation. They do their required counting on a monthly basis and then research any discrepancies in their counts.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with VIP
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified on all warehouse equipment
• Warehouse experience
• Minimum one (1) year experience with inventory practices

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse management system (WMS) training as required by department or individual
• Manage and monitors inventory levels and flows, and directs corrective action as needed
• Assist with the daily execution of Inventory Control activities as directed
• Assist with adherence to daily, monthly, quarterly inventory processes
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with throughout your job
• Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
