POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the Inventory Program for both Plant 1 and Plant 2 to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

2+ years in manufacturing environments
2+ years supporting SAP (MM, SD)
SAP/ MRP manufacturing experience
Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, and captor
Experience in automotive either tier 1 or tier 2
Forklift certified

Responsibilities

Ensuring all cycle counters are following procedures and protocols
Directing/creating/analyzing the ABC counts in SAP for all cycle counters
Ensuring all counts are correct in SAP
Monitoring INCI daily and determining root causes for any adjustments
Performing physical inventories and monitoring them daily
Documenting movement within SAP as appropriate in a timely manner
Monitoring Production Declaration and captor and ensuring labels are canceled as needed by appropriate parties
Maintaining issues log of all inventory issues related to every department
Assisting production with label issues
Analyzing movement of parts and location per user
Incoming goods validation
Assisting with receiving errors
Assisting with adjustments with manager approval
Assisting with annual physical inventory
Maintaining a level of excellence with production closures
Assisting in GSS and/or prod closures when needed
Ensuring the daily entry of all scrap tickets are entered into SAP for proper scrapping by Gescrap
Checking inventories for OBS parts that aren’t being processed properly in a timely manner
Ensuring daily scrap is not accumulating from production or quality
Responsible for any specialist projects set up by the manager or supervisor
Being a team player helping to accentuate a positive & productive environment within the department and with all other departments
Performing other duties as assigned or needed
