About The Position

This position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc. The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for managing the warehouse and production inventory at both the manufacturing plant and off-site warehouse. This role serves as a key liaison to various internal customers for all stock inventory allocation requirements and is responsible for the daily execution of stock inventory movements in LES/PTP. The analyst will analyze, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies daily using root cause analysis, and lead the execution of inventory record accuracy through weekly cycle counting and annual physical inventory requirements. The role also requires active participation in internal/external inventory audits and product recalls, ensuring slow-moving product inventory is reviewed and dispositioned in a timely manner. Maintaining positive, professional, and timely communications with internal and external customers, and actively participating in the continuous improvement process are also key aspects of this position. The role requires adaptability to flexible work assignments to support business volume and/or department requirements. Responsibilities include validating finished goods discrepancies using KSB1/KOB1 to reverse TOVars as required and recording any discrepancies in the G drive. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
4+ years logistics experience.
Proven experience with inventory control processes.
Must be Forklift certified.
Must have strong organization skills and be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities with sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
High energy and motivated individual with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be a team player and work with little supervision.
Strong and proven computer skills: Microsoft Office Applications and SAP experience.

Responsibilities
