About The Position
The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for warehouse inventory reconciliation while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.
Requirements
- High School - GED or Diploma required.
- 1+ years general sales experience required.
- MS Office experience (i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 40+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years sales and customer service specific experience preferred.
- Inventory experience preferred (counting and reconciling)
Responsibilities
- Supports Daily Counts of all full goods and raw package materials in the warehouse, manually or using a handheld scanner.
- Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
- Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
- Work with Inventory Supervisor to supply sufficient inventory for customer orders.
- Identify and report close dated product.
- Create purchase orders and stock transfers.
- Make sure that daily paperwork is in order for Audit Compliance.
